SERDANG, Dec 23 – The Political Secretary (SUPOL) of Minister of Communications and Multimedia Malaysia (KKMM), Abdul Razak Ahmad, has held a meeting with the Vice-Chancellor of Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), Prof. Dr. Mohd Roslam Sulaiman, and the University Management (JPU).
The aim of the meeting was to exchange ideas between KKMM and UPM regarding Internet Connectivity in Higher Education Institutions (HEI) and students’ needs regarding the use of learning tools such as laptops or smartphones, as well as the problems faced by UPM students in virtual classrooms.
Besides that, he also shared the intention of YBM KKMM to assist universities with other agencies under KKMM such as the Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC), Berita Nasional Malaysia (BERNAMA), National Film Development Corporation Malaysia (FINAS), Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (SKMM), Cybersecurity Malaysia and MYNIC. – UPM
