Bhd. was established to help generate income for UPM by providing opportunities for the government or private agencies to collaborate with the university through mutual partnerships. UPM Holdings Sdn. Bhd. acts as an intermediary and a coordinator between external parties and UPM to establish and implement  consultation and business activities.
